I posted this before and I guess no one else has the issue or it's not fixable. 

I have a Ryzen 8 core 16 thread cpu. With nothing running some of the cores are in the red at 100%.  It did not do this on version 6.5, it did it really bad on 6.6.6, so I put the latest 6.7 0n. Not as bad but still does it. I'm assuming this is related to the Ryzen CPU. I have attached an image.
