Folder Map To Docker ... What's actually going in in the background ?

Hi...

I had a look though the faq first as I am trying g to understand how Unraid works better (actually found some thing else useful there at the time :) )

I know the process of how to map a path etc but what I would like to know is when a Docker is accessing the file system of the folder ie /mnt/user/ what is the transport mechanism going on ?

Is it an NFS share for example that is mapped through ?

Thanks

Terran

Here is an interesting article but you have to sign in (free acct) to read the whole thing.
