Alright So I have been using the free version of UnRaid for a few months now and I want to finally upgrade to "PLUS".  Is it possible to upgrade versions without having to format my flash key and and not lose my current settings?

Yes.  All you have to do is put the key file (that Tom will send you when you make your purchase) onto your flash drive as instructed.  Your existing array will stay intact, but when you stop it, you'll see that you have additional drive slots on the devices page.
