I've done some googling on this error and still unclear what to do. Can anyone help me with the best way to correct this? This drive is part of a cache pool.

That's metadata corruption, best way forward is to backup cache, re-format the pool and restore the data, you can use this to help with backup/restore part if needed:

P.S. next time you might want to post the diagnostics, there might be clues to what caused the issue in the first place.
