I mean.. mnt/user/ is created by combining all the disks, right? But then i have the same file at 2 locations?

You will have two files. To my knowledge, Unraid will use the first file found  (on disk1 i guess) when you have two of the same on several disks.

It will show you the first one, first on cache if there is one, then disk by disk in order.

Ah, okay, so generally no problem, is there an easy way to scan all discs for duplicates? :D

Depends on what you mean by duplicates. If you mean a naming collision, keep in mind the content may differ, and if you indiscriminately delete all the files with the same name, you may very well be deleting something you actually wanted to keep.

Make sure before you delete things, that the things you delete are actually what you want gone.
