Hello. Got an alert this morning with this error:

 

Event: Unraid array errors
Subject: Warning [TOWER] - array has errors
Description: Array has 6 disks with read errors
Importance: warning

Parity disk - WDC_WD40EFRX-68WT0N0_WD-WCC4E83TL7HX (sdl) (errors 13)
Disk 1 - WDC_WD40EFRX-68WT0N0_WD-WCC4EHZ9R8X5 (sdk) (errors 13)

Diagnostics attached. I ran a parity check two days ago, no issues.  Thanks for any help! Specs are in my sig.

    Problem with the HBA, check it's well seated and adequately cooled.

     

    Rebooting should bring it online.

    Checked the card and cables, rebooted, everything's back to good.
