Radeon 6450

Is the Radeon 6450 card too old to use for PCIe passthru?

 

I have a Windows 10 VM that I was running using VNC. I shut down the system and installed this card.  

 

Powered the system back on and modified my VM settings for Graphics and Sound to utilize the Card.

 

Received this error when I try to start the VM:
