No Docker, no VM, still no spindown

Hey guys,

Yesterday my raid stoped to spin down. I truned off all dockers and VM's and trying to manually spin down all driver. They will come up immediatly with a couple of KB/s reads. Fun thing, it effects ALL drives, so the array gets pretty hot.

Any Idea what could be causing it or how to fix it?
