UNRAID 6.6.6 will not allow installing new dockers

Featured Replies

So I have had unraid for about 3 weeks now. I have several dockers: plex, sabnzb, sonarr, radarr, lidarr, krusader, and unifi. My dockers seem to be working fine. The other day when I rebooted the machine i got a "cat: write error: Broken pipe" during booting which slowly tried to download something then went away and booted on normally. After that happened I noticed all of my dockers are showing "update ready" all the time; if I try to updat them they go to the pulling image page and just continually say please wait. I have been having trouble with plex so I decided to delete my plex docker and reinstall it and start from scratch, now that it is deleted I cannot reinstall it gets to the same screen and says pulling image: whichever plex docker I tried and says please wait , and never moves on. I tried the linux server docker and the plexinc docker to no avail. Any idea what is going on? All of my other dockers appear to be working fine.

Thanks for all the help!

You need to post your Diagnostics file with your next post.  (   Tools   >>>  Diagnostics   )   That will give us some information to begin to figure out what the problems is.

Do I need to unzip it?

NO!!!  It is actually preferred to have it in the zipped format.  That makes it easier to find the relevant files since there is a logical structure of directories within the zipped file.

I’ve noticed the “cat pipe broken” thing every time my Unraid boots, too. Not had any adverse effect [emoji848]

Subbing

Disable Mover logging via Settings - Scheduler - Mover.  Only clogs up the syslog.

Your docker image is trashed.  Stop the service (Settings - Docker)  Advanced View, Delete the image.  Renable the service

Apps Tab, Previous Apps, Check whatever you want reinstalled and hit install multi.  done.

Alright, so I stopped docker, deleted the image, re-enabled went to reinstall, seem to be getting the same problem. I attached an updated diagnostics.

rebooted the machine, the broken pipe didn't show up this time (not that I think it was the problem to begin with). I tried to install Krusader and Sonarr still getting the same error. Pulled tower-diagnostics-20190216-1017 (1).zip

I tried creating a new app directory /share, that did not fix the problem

So, what got me started down this path was plex wouldnt connect to the outside world through unraid (it was doing it the other day). So now my other plex server (old windows machine) started doing the same thing. So I reset my modem, router, and ever switch on my network. After that reset everything seems to be working fine now. If anyone looks in that config file and finds any problem that caused all this to start I appreciate it.

Thanks!

My old router would have a similar problem IF the modem was issued a new IP address from the ISP.
