Unable to Backup Flash Device

Featured Replies

Unraid 6.6.6, FF/Chromium on Linux:

While trying to backup my flash device, I get the "Please wait... creating Flash backup zip file (this may take several minutes)" message but it never completes.

From the log:

Feb 17 11:12:37 xxxxx nginx: 2019/02/17 11:12:37 [error] 2852#2852: *23508 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, server: , request: "POST /webGui/include/Download.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock", host: "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx", referrer: "http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/Main/Flash?name=flash"

Any idea?

Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics zip file to your next post.

Looks like you have 2G memory, which may not be enough to prepare the backup. This will also probably keep you from doing upgrades of the Unraid OS from the webUI.

And I see you have dockers and VMs enabled. Might get some certain very few dockers but I would forget about any VMs on so little RAM.

Best idea would be to add RAM.
