I have been getting a load of warnings and errors in my email starting about 7 hours ago.  I updated from r3 to r4 this morning and that fixed it for a couple hours but something is wrong and googling the errors have not pointed out something super obvious. My VM's both went down and now will not start up for various reasons.   Anywho, if someone smarter than I could take a look at the diagnostics I would greatly appreciate it.
