All my Apps disappeared, rebooted server now I can't connect to it

Hi Everyone, I'm up a creek here... I noticed that my Dashboard had none of my apps available, ok, so I reboot the server. I can not connect to it since the reboot. What do I do next to troubleshoot this thing? Thanks!!

    Everything just started working after a 3rd reboot. WTH scary stuff

    If it happens again, try to capture a Diagnostics file   (   Tools   >>>   Diagnostics   )  before you reboot the server.

    3. Adjust your preference.
