hawihoney
Don't know where to post that because it's Docker and KVM related. I've running Plex in a docker container. In addition I've set up a Windows 10 VM with the following TV Tuner: https://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Hauppauge_WinTV-dualHD Plex asks for a IP number to connect to Live TV & DVR. I tried the IP of the Windows 10 VM, but that seems to be a stupid idea. So please don't laugh - what's the missing link between both. Do I need additional software? Any help is highly appreciated. lotetreemedia
Don't think that will work for your use case If you had Plex Media Server sitting on that Windows 10 instance it would work. The tuner itself has to be addressable over LAN. You'll need the HDHomeRun. Here's the supported device list from Plex. The HDHomeRun is the only one AFAIK with an ethernet port. Which is the IP Address you need to put into that field Quote Link to comment
