[SOLVED] Precleared my SSD but I can't format it and use with UD?

Hey guys,

 

I've precleared a 250GB Samsung SSD but the format options are greyed out. How can I get this drive to be able to format? I wan to side mount it for all my downloads/grabs.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
