I would like to pass through a gfx card to vm's and maybe do a little light gaming as well as photoshop, does it make much difference if the vm uses the 2nd gfx card slot @ x8 because unraid always seams to grab the card in the first slot, i don't seam to have an option to choose the primary in the bios, is it possible to tell unraid the card to use for the GUi?

Asrock x370 gaming K4 m/b

16gb ram

Very little actual impact, like 1-4%.  I am running 4 gaming machines and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between the 16x and 8x machines.

Ok thanks, didn't want to be running the vm on the 2nd card if it was going to make a big difference.
