Recently i updated my Unraid Server wich i use to game in a VM and use as a NAS

 

I experience very bad graphics performance when using GPU passthrough with my GTX960.
With bad i mean so bad that its difficult to use Windows bc the Mouse has so much lag.

When i use VNC as a Display everything works fine.

 

This happens on all my Windows VMs

Please also post the diagnostics file from the system...

I don't know enough to dive into the details but I made my first Windows 10 VM the other day passing through an EVGA GTX980 Ti and experienced similar issues. Moving the mouse around the desktop would peg the GPU usage at 100%. I am running Unraid 6.6.7 and my problems disappeared after I removed the "Graphics ROM BIOS" from my config, updated to the latest NVIDIA drivers and rebooted the VM a couple of times. Now things seem to be working as expected. You may have already done those things but I thought I'd share in case you hadn't. 

You cant beieve how stupid the solution was. 

 

I‘m using Displayport to Connect my Monitor to my GPU

 

As soon as i removed the HDMI Cable from the Mainboard (onboard graphics) it started working😂

( I used this to connect a Monitor to do an change in the Unraid config )

 

Like WTF, i have no ideo how this relates... But i‘m happy that it works now
