My old USB was registered on: Sun 07 Oct 2018 09:52:13 PM PDT and says it is not replaceable until: Mon 07 Oct 2019 09:52:13 PM PDT

My old USB is so toast that I can't get it to read on any computer so I built another one.  Is it possible to get a replacement Unraid Key for this new USB?
