Unraid not seeing new Hard Drive

I added a new SAS drive to my system, but I can't see it on the dashboard, unassigned devices, or the preclear disk plugin.  I do see it listed in a plugin called disk location, which shows it as unassigned sdc.  I just bought this on as a used drive from ebay, tho replace a disk failure for disk 2.  Is the drive bad or is the something I can do to get Unraid to see it?

    Logical block size:   520 bytes

    Unraid only supports 512 or 4k block sizes, you need to re-format to 512b, you can do that with sg_utils.
