March 1, 20197 yr Disabled disk dropped offline, you'll need to reboot to get a SMART report, but it looks like the typical SASLP problem.

March 1, 20197 yr Disk looks fine, and emulated disk is mounting so you can rebuild on top, though rebuilding to a new/spare disk is always safer in case something goes wrong. You should also consider replacing the SASLP with an LSI, sooner rather then later, or this will most likely happen again.
