[Solved] - Question - how to see signatures in forums?

I can't seem to find how to see a users signature.  I saw some reference to turning on forum signatures in the forums.  I am sure this is an easy one and i'm missing something obvious.

    If you go to your Account Settings (obtained by clicking on your name icon on the upper right) you will see the Signature option for both viewing other peoples signatures and setting your own.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
