If I click on one of my share names for example Movies in the top right it says Read Settings From and Write Settings To with drop downs?  What should be there, or should I just leave it blank?  I just noticed it.

    You would use it if you wanted to create a new user share with the same properties as an existing share. It's just a time saving device that you can ignore if you don't need it.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
