Diags show that it was corrupted and it's now fixed. As far as I can remember you did repair it before but it was corrupted again by the disk that failed. Syslog and SMART now look good and Disk 7 is mountable. Hopefully you can work out what files you have lost and what you still have. If a new lost+found directory has been created it's a result of the file system repair. It will contain files with meaningless names that are actually fragments of original files. Have a look inside in case there just happens to be a file with a recognisable name, otherwise it's best to simply delete it.
