Server keeps crashing, after running fine for 2 months.

Hey all, after long time reading im now facing really strange problems with my unraid server.

I try to describe, what i did:

First I started with replacing my cache drive. So i set all shares to: "Use cache disk: Yes" , and started the mover to backup the shares on the array.

Then unraid crashed (if i write crash, i mean i cant access the webgui anymore, cant ssh and ping the server) , the first time today. I rebooted and started mover again. After ca 2GB it crashed again. Then i rebooted ang got a red X on the drive mover was coping to.

Then i run smart and it gave me NO error. Then i tried to start the array to sync parity. This time the server crashed again, after it checked ~50GB.

Now i upgraded from 6.7.0-rc3 to 6.7.0-rc5.

Then i restarted and started the array again.

Now it crashed while mounting disks.

(I took the logs tower-diagnostics-20190308-1948.zip at this point)

I have no idea where the problem is. It might be the usb stick, but it worked fine for the last 2 month. It might be hdds, but i was able to run a complete parity check of all 8tb parity drive 2 days ago.

Update: The same thing again. Parity check run until 22% (ca. 400 gb) this time!!!! suddenly webgui crashed, i cant ssh & ping my server, but fans & hdd are still running. thats why i cant get logs from it now. WTF is just happening

Maybe someone knows why.

tl,dr: my server crashed ~5 times, including (a possible???) disk failure, just after i tried to replace a ssd.
