Everytime ( Fix Common Problems) scan I get this warning ( IRQ 16: nobody cared found on your server) running supermicro X8DT3-LN4F with 2X E5640 cpus and 48gb ram 14 drives. running  6.7.0-rc5 ------ Problem started after switching motherboard from old asus board to supermicro.

This is a bit outside of my area of comfort but I do have a couple of suggestions.  First, rather than the separate files goto  Tools    >>>   Diagnostics.  That will download a 'zipped' of all the files which will give the Gurus what they are looking for.  Second item, don't panic.  It is telling you that there is a problem on IRQ16 but no process, program, or device (That's the "nobody") has complained about the problem---Yet.

It's used by a USB controller, should be fine to ignore.

Same issue for me... Here is my Diag file. 

 

Version: 6.8.0-rc6 is my version. Running on a Gigabyte MB Z170-Gaming 7. 32 GB memory. 2 X SAS 9211-8I cards with 12 4TB disks. 

 

Your help would be appreciated.

Unless you notice any issues it's safe to ignore, IRQ it's not being used by anything critical, bios update might help though.
