Looking at getting this SATA expansion card for my server. Found this card the website for my local MicroCenter. Does anyone know if this is plug-and-play and I won't have any issues using this?

    marvell chipset, so not recommended. Ongoing issues with randomly dropping drives.

    LSI is preferred. There are plenty of threads discussing recommended cards.
