managing multiple keys

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a secret link to manage keys? I have multiple keys and on the old website, there was a management console for them. However, with the new website I have no way to access my multiple keys.

Are you talking about Unraid? I don't know how I would have missed something like that, but I've never in the 10+ years I've been using Unraid been aware of any web page to handle already purchased licenses.

The key files are sent to the email you used when you purchased, and it's up to you to keep up with them. Each key file is linked to a specific USB GUID. If a USB stick fails, you set up a new stick, put the key file from your backup of the failed stick on the new stick and go through the automatic process of generating a new key file for the new stick.

If your stick fails and you have no backup, and can't find the original key in your email, then you can contact limetech through email and explain the situation, they will work with you, but it's a manual process.
