Using Veeam to backup unraid to remote location

Featured Replies

I just saw that Veeam which is popular for windows systems for free, is also available for Linux! But I don’t see it mentioned here much. Anyone use it to back up their server?

Most of the posts are about using Veeam to back up a windows machine TO unraid not about backing up the unraid server itself. Thanks

You can´t do that, since you can´t install the Veeam agent on UnRAID. Unless someone makes it into a a plugin or docker container.

Not that I know of, BUT.

Veeam version 10, coming in January, currently in beta. It has the new feature, NAS backup. So with this, you can take backup of all your Unraid data.
