Bunch of read errors on drive

I did a parity check yesterday and disk 2 had a bunch of read errors.  It passed a short smart test.  Im doing a long smart test now.

 

What do you guys think is the drive really dead?

    The problem was the disk, though it might still pass the extended test since these errors can be intermittent, but it's never a good sign, expect to replace it sooner or later.

    Thanks johnnie.  I look in the unraid log and its showing critical medium error  I've got a replacement 10tb drive in route from newegg just to be safe.
