[SOLVED] adding new drive, pre-clear success, can't format

Ahh, stopped the array, started in Maintenance Mode, then I could format the drive. Stopped array again, started normally, good to go. Seems pretty wonky though.

Not sure what's going on here: the pre-clear has finished successfully, but the "Format" button is still unclickable. I've done this twice now (500GB no biggie), last time I hit the red-X, and still wasn't able to Format the drive with the button. I stopped the array, assigned the disk as a Cache drive, and it had a blue icon saying it was unformatted with no option to format.

 

This drive was an NTFS drive, and my intention is to use it as a new Cache drive. Here are some pics. How can I get this thing formatted and assigned into the array?
