Intel I 915 driver unloads when using w10 VM

Hi my server runs sweet g4560 with 16gb ddr 4 and 6 x 4tb seagate nas drives and 2x 256gb SSD cache raid 1. If i use the onboard graphics on my intel chip on my w10 vm it looks like it unloads it in the logs and my plex will not transcode or run movies. Need to stop VM and reboot server for plex to work correct again . Any ideas how i can fix this ???
