MB: Asrock B75 Pro3-M | CPU: Intel® Xeon® E3-1270 V2 @ 3.50GHz | RAM: 32GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X (4x8GB)

CONTROLER: AOC-SASLP-MV8 8-Port Sata

 

my board is starting to fail and would like to replace it with same board or better

a board i can change my current cpu/ram/expansion into. 

 

what board would be a good choice??
