Hello, I have ASUS NCT-D with win7 x64bit OS. I'm looking for PCI-X RAID card to be used in JBOD mode as the mobo had 2 SATA ports only. I tried the ADAPTEC SCSI CARD AAR-2420SA but get post error.

 

I tried disabling USB, LAN, com ports, printer ports, integrated sound, IRQ for VGA in the bios. This did not work.

 

Are there other cards I can try to get for Win7 x64?

    Suggest you get an LSI HBA, they also work well with Windows.

    Any models? As I see only ultra320SCSI cards on ebay. And I need sata JBOD mode.

    Any LSI with a SAS2008/2308/3008 chipset in IT mode, e.g., 9201-8i, 9211-8i, 9207-8i, 9300-8i, etc and clones, like the Dell H200/H310 and IBM M1015, these latter ones need to be crossflashed.
