(SOLVED) Broke USB, who should I contact?

Featured Replies

Hello all! My server USB died today so I replaced it with an identical model from SanDisk. However, I didn’t account for the registration key and now it’s showing up as expired.

I tried pressing the “Replace Key” button but it does not work, maybe because right now I don’t have any Internet. I have a VPN router/gateway VM in UnRAID that needs to be on for Internet to work in my house.

I remember there was some email address I could contact before, but going to https://lime-technology.com/contact just redirects me to UnRAID’s website with no email. Is there a way where I could email UnRAID’s team with my old/new GUID and replace the key? My phone hotspot works so I can download it from there and put it on the server. Thanks in advance!

On the contact page you used, scroll down on the page to the ‘Contact the Unraid Team’ and enter your details/message for the support team.

I ended up just re-configuring the default gateway, re-registering and then started up the array as normal. Thanks anyway @remotevisitor!
