Could use some help here.  Backstory: Build is a Dell r510 with 12 drives populated, 32gb memory, 2x xeon cpus running 6.6.6.  Ran perfectly fine for 2-3 months until a RAM stick failed.  I replaced the stick and went on my merry way.  Then the crashes started.  At least every other week, usually every week I get a Kernel Panic.  I'm wondering if the RAM could have corrupted something on the flash drive?  I have run Memtest for 3 full passes with zero errors.  Attached is the screenshot from the dead server and the syslog tail from Fix Common Problems.

 

Any suggestions?
