Unraid Accessing Files from harddrive

Featured Replies

The board for my nas recently died, I was wondering as to how I can access the files on my harddrive without setting up another unraid nas on a different machine? Thanks.

You should be able to access the drives with any OS able to read the filesystem on that drives. Any Linux distro should be able to read the XFS filesystem unraid uses. Keep in mind to don't break the parity in case you wanna use your drives in a later Unraid build, don't change any content on it.
