ASUS XG-C100C NIC - Performance issues.

Featured Replies

Currently using Unriad Version: 6.7.0-rc7 and I set the MTU under the network settings to 9000. However when I look at the system infromation within the Unraid GUI, the NIC shows "eth0: 10000 Mbps, full duplex, mtu 1500". The MTU does not look correct - not sure I'm missing anything?

Observing between 35 and 125mb/sec which is far lower than expected under 10G. On a 10G switch along with likewise configured (9000 MTU) Windows 10 system.

Looking at network.cfg:

# Generated settings:
IFNAME[0]="eth0"
DHCP_KEEPRESOLV="no"
DHCP6_KEEPRESOLV="no"
PROTOCOL[0]="ipv4"
USE_DHCP[0]="yes"
USE_DHCP6[0]="yes"
IFNAME[1]="eth1"
PROTOCOL[1]="ipv4"
USE_DHCP[1]="yes"
MTU[1]="9000"
SYSNICS="2"

MTU settings look correct in the CFG files.

Onboard NIC is unplugged - not able to disable it from BIOS.

Syslog attached.

Thanks in advance,

Kat
