Not sure what your problem is but your syslog appears to be full with pre_clear related 'wrong csrf token' messages which implies you have a browser window from pre-clear still open from before the system was last started.   This makes it difficult to identify any information of value, and may actually end up causing problems (I am not sure) in its own right.
