April 12, 20197 yr Hello Unraid Gurus! I am fairly newer to the Unraid system and so far love it! Using mainly for a large plex server. Recently I have had random lockups happen and could not find a culprit. I ran troubleshoot mode and it took about 2 days for the server to come down again. I have looked through the logs and I have found through searching the forums, some have had somewhat similar issues, but they were on older versions of Unraid at the time. To sum up what I can tell is happening, the following errors happens over and over every about 3 minutes. Until it gets to the point that the memory is full and starts killing processes and takes everything down. INFO: rcu_sched self-detected stall on CPU 41-....: (4200092 ticks this GP) idle=29e/1/4611686018427387906 softirq=3556066/3556066 fqs=1015624 (t=4200092 jiffies g=10158939 c=10158938 q=10678735) NMI backtrace for cpu 41 CPU: 41 PID: 61862 Comm: kworker/u129:5 Tainted: G W 4.18.20-unRAID #1 Hardware name: Supermicro X10DAi/X10DAI, BIOS 2.0a 11/09/2016 Workqueue: events_power_efficient gc_worker Call Trace: INFO: rcu_bh self-detected stall on CPU 41-....: (1 GPs behind) idle=29e/1/4611686018427387906 softirq=3495862/3556066 fqs=275801 (t=1140024 jiffies g=-152 c=-153 q=1) NMI backtrace for cpu 41 CPU: 41 PID: 61862 Comm: kworker/u129:5 Tainted: G W 4.18.20-unRAID #1 Hardware name: Supermicro X10DAi/X10DAI, BIOS 2.0a 11/09/2016 Workqueue: events_power_efficient gc_worker Call Trace: I have attached the diagnostics files and the syslog and I hope that someone can help me to narrow down what is causing this. I was running Unraid 6.6.6 and was experiencing the lockups, so I updated to 6.6.7 to see if it would solve the issue, but that didn't work either. Thank you all in advance! tower-diagnostics-20190410-2007.zip FCPsyslog_tail.txt

April 12, 20197 yr Author My Plex Media Server is the only one with a set IP address with br0 set. I noticed one of the first errors was related to macvlan, all of these repetitive rcu_sched and rcu_bh also have to deal with macvlan? What is the recommended solution for setting up Plex so that the Macvlan trace won't happen anymore?
