CPU error 6.7.0-RC7

Featured Replies

Got my Dell R710 up and running with sata drives and this appeared is this correctable:

Your CPU is running constantly at 100% and will not throttle down when it's idle (to save heat / power). This is because there is currently no CPU Scaling Driver Installed. Seek assistance on the unRaid forums with this issue

I have the same issue on my R710.  I have dual E5620 CPUs and am getting the same error.  If you know the solution let me know.

Yep still hoping someone pops in and has a solution not a deal breaker but now that I have 3 servers and 3 workstations power is becoming a concern, haven't mustered up the courage to plug in my watt meter to find out what I'm spending on electricity😥

If you install NetData from the Apps Tab, you'll be able to see the frequency all the cores are running at from moment to moment.  If it cycles down, then FCP is giving you a false positive

I  installed Netdata and Im not seeing where the CPU frequency is shown anywhere.  Theres a ton of information in there but not what Im looking for.

Mine doesnt have cpufreq possibly because I dont have a scaling driver installed.Netdata.thumb.png.5120042851039b367ef385242b6efc7d.png

Looking for help if anyone knows anything that could help.
