Why wouldn't it be? 16 minutes ago, loady said: it reported no errors It did, but the disk doesn't look very healthy, some concerning attributes, especially Multi_Zone_Error_Rate which would be 0 on a healthy WD drive, still and since you already replaced the power cable I would swap the SATA cable with a different disk, this means it will also use a different SATA port, then try again, if it fails again it's likely the disk.
