Hi All,

 

I currently cannot copy any files to one of the disks on my server through Windows 10 VM.

 

When I try to copy a file to the drive, I get "The disk is write protected. Remove the write-protection or use another disk" message.

 

Related to this same disk, I can see an error "Unable to write to disk18    Drive mounted read-only or completely full. Begin Investigation Here" shown on the "Fix Common Problems" page.

 

Please, any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated. I have attached the diagnostics.

Check filesystem on disk18, you should also consider converting all disks from reiserfs.

Thanks, will do shortly.

 

Regarding converting all other disks on the server, what format should they be converted to? or did you mean I should check filesystem on all other disks?

 

--rebuild-tree has been running for 33 hours, and it's still running. Is this normal?
