October 13, 201015 yr I have 5 Preclear instances running via the console terminals. I am streaming an SD video from an NTFS disk in the unRAID server shared out using UnMenu Disk Management. I was streaming fine for close to 60 minutes then the video would stutter and freeze. There is only one Preclear process on the motherboard controller where the NTFS disk is connected. I have been streaming this same NTFS disk from my Windows XP with only a 100 Mbit ethernet up to now with no problems. Is this stuttering and freeze a result of running the Preclear processes or am I encountering some performance problem that will have to be ironed out later?
October 13, 201015 yr Depending on the system and how things are connected, yes, that could cause stuttering.
