itimpi
Can you provide the system diagnostics zip file (obtained via Tools->Diagnostics) covering an attempt to add this disk to see if we can work out what might be happening? Quote Link to comment
sonata31380
The system diagnostics file hcsrv1-diagnostics-20190419-1138.zip Quote Link to comment
sonata31380
In the log file it appears as "ST8000DM004_WCT1AD7Z (sdg) 512 15628053168" Louis Quote Link to comment
itimpi
The disk appears to have dropped offline! You might want to reboot and then get fresh diagnostics to see if the disk shows up and to get its SMART information to see if it looks like the problem is the disk or something else.
