Better disk utilization threshold precision

I would like to be able to have a more precise way to set the warning and critical disk utilization thresholds.  The current system of 1-100% was fine when disks were much smaller but with 14TB drives on the market now, setting the threshold to 99% would still require ~140GB free to avoid an alert.  I would suggest either allowing a decimal percentage (99.75% for example) or just use an absolute value in MB.
