Starting Array takes over 3 hours??

Im very very new to unRAID, but since transferring all my data onto the server, starting my array takes over 3 hours

 

I keep refreshing the "main" page and i slowly see each drive being mounted and finally the array starts, but im presuming this shouldn't take this long to mount?

 

Any help will be appreciated! I've attached the diagnostics file

 

This time, i have added in 2 SSD cache drives and its taking even longer to mount!

    The syslog is showing I/O errors on multiple drives.   No idea whether it is a cabling issue, a controller issue or a power issue.    You need to get to the bottom of why that is happening.
