Please note that you also have to set VALIDATE to true when you switch branches.

Noticed your not taking on any more requests for making gameserver containers. Big sad but I completely understand.

I was curious if anyone could help me spin up one for FOUNDRY on Unraid. I tried with ich777's image in github and set the gameid and all the parameters but it just spins up, says it downloaded the game files, then exits. Checked the app folder and there's no game files.

Anyone have any luck creating a FOUNDRY dedicated server container mind helping?

I've tried using this

I wound up using https://hub.docker.com/r/luxusburg/docker-foundry instead which just pipes it through wine.

Sorry forgot to reply...

Running a different container through my default SteamCMD container is not possible since the start up scripts are all customized to work with the various game servers.

Hello I am having issues with getting an Arma 3 server up and running. I use your docker for other game servers no problem. It will end the logs with Could not enable linux core dumps. Error 1 - . I tried as much googling as I could and the only really thing I have found is to force_x86 variable but that has not changed anything.

One thing I did notice in (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Dedicated_Servers_List) is that it says that game purchase is required however in a lot of the setup documentation that I have found it says that the steam account does not have to have the game.

Anyone know what could be going on?

I'm having an issue with the Left4Dead 2 container.

It seems to me that it doesn't actually download any server files...

What I get is basically this:

I'll deprecate the container since it only gives troubles lately. Sorry for not having better news.

This is a known issue and it seems Valve wont fix the issue, sorry but this is another container that I have to deprecate.

I just spent a crazy week installing Docker with Left 4 Dead 1.

I installed Sourcemod and Metamod, then the metamod.vtf file. Nothing worked; I couldn't join my server. Even after adding the infamous server.cfg, the server remained in hibernation or was unreachable???

Hello Im having issues with the Terraria Server. Server runs and installs fine. When trying to connect to it, however, it says as per image and never connects. It just sits at this message. Logs show no anomalies, but I did change from port 7777 to 7779

Hello, curious to those who are running the Ark Ascended Dockers. My cluster has been set up and working well for a long time. After the big 5.5 update one server (Astraeos) seems to load and run well. For whatever reason it updated fine with no issue. I started going through some other servers in the cluster to update them (i.e. Extinction, Scorched Earth) and they appear to update fine but I get what appears to be a error of some sort and it ends up in a reloading loop. I have tried clearing the steamapps folder but no luck.

Here is what I see, if someone can help me understand the issue I would appreciate it:

Hello still pretty new to unraid but I have your DayZ Server Docker installed and have switched from experimental to stable. I have the server running but it doesn't seem to pick up the mods from addons when the server starts. I think its something to do with the startup commandline but i have no idea where to edit this only to add additional lines. I was looking at logs and the command line is as follows

/serverdata/serverfiles/DayZServer /serverdata/serverfiles/DayZServer -port=2302 -profiles /serverdata/serverfiles/saves -config=/serverdata/serverfiles/saves/serverDZ.cfg -mod=@CF;@VPPAdminTools;@VanillaPlusPlusMap;@Community-Online-Tools

Pretty sure it needs to be "-profiles=/serverdata/serverfiles/saves" I've added the mods via GAME_PARAMS

Hi,

i tried the Satisfactory Docker. I tried it to make it accesible to from outside.

Is there a easy way ti make it possible?

I tried a Cloudflare Tunnel. But i think i have to make some settings in the docker.

Becksy

Edit: I tried nginx and it seems to work :)

Just open the ports in your router.

That isn't possible since you would need to open up ports and this is a feature from Cloudflare you have to actually pay for.

Container is already rebuilt with your PR.

How did you change the port, a bit more information would be helpful and I don't know what your screenshot is.

Are you sure you have a public IP and you configured it to be publicly visible?

Have you yet tried to connect with the LAN IP?

Hi I changed the port in the template. However, I have reverted back to the port 7777 and still find the same issue also with Abiotic. I feel it's a network issue. I have attached screenshots:

templates

router ports

unraid mappings

canyousee for port visibility

The original screenshot I posted is when you try to join the server.

Hope this helps clear the confusion

Did you also change the port number in the server config file otherwise it won't work.

I did a forced update, everything is fine, it works. I noticed that you have to enter the login IP address in the console, to access survival mode or change maps.

I did change the port in the config file. It might be a network issue, or i incorrectly mapped the port forwarding not sure about the latter but i can access other services on my other device

EDIT: I was able to fix as I assumed it was incorrect port forward mapping. Thanks

Hey ich777, firstly use alot of your server dockers and work great (really appreciate your work).

Just trying satisfactory docker, experiencing issue. Currently just doing local network testing to validate before port forwarding. I have a second nic (br1) which works fine with Valheim, V Rising and Zomboid static IP assigned (then port forward externally). Although with Satisfactory becomes unresponsive on default port 7777, works fine on bridge can connect and play fine locally (same with other docker networks on bridge).

When I switch it over to my second NIC (br1), which I assign static IP like other game server containers. I am unable to connect on 7777, tried adjusting game params in thread without any luck. Is there a work around for second network card with static IP assignment?
