read errors now a disabled disk

Disk errors look related, make sure HBA is well seated, using latest firmware and adequately cooled, you can also try a different PCIe slot if available.

I think I found it but scared i'm going to mess something up.

It look like I use rufus it make a bootable usb. Then put  mpt3x64.rom , sas3flsh.exe , SAS9305_24i_IT_P.bin on the flash drive. Then boot into the flash drive?

sas3flash -c SAS9305_24i_IT_P.bin -b mpt3x64.rom

I don't want to break my system
