spontaneous reboots

Featured Replies

I'm a new Unraid user. My system has been up and running for a little over a week, but I am experiencing random reboots, I installed the mcelog, and shortly after reboot I get this:

Apr 29 18:17:16 Tower kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: Machine check events logged
Apr 29 18:17:16 Tower kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: CPU 9: Machine Check: 0 Bank 5: bea0000000000108

Though later on, I get

Apr 29 18:27:05 Tower root: mcelog: ERROR: AMD Processor family 23: mcelog does not support this processor.  Please use the edac_mce_amd module instead.

So, I am not sure if I can trust the earlier detection.

Anyone have any ideas? I will note that this is a new build; everything in this system is brand new except for two drives I moved from my old media server.

Thanks. Changing the c6 setting brought stability back to my system.
