[solved]battlefield 5 crash

hi

i got a w10 vm, here my config, some games works but balltefield 5 crash as i play a map or inside the menu option video, or i do nothing...

it come back to desktop or crash the vm, the screen is black, must stop and restart the vm

What's wrong ?

i had solved this issue by upgrading ram to 16GB ...
