No web access but okay in Finder

I've had my UnRaid up and running for over 4 years. Just recently, I can't access it via the tower.local or LAN address. I've connected a monitor to the server and successfully logged in after reboot. Tried a different browser, same thing. It just stalls. But if I look in my Finder (MacOS 10.14.4) under Locations, there is my UnRaid server. I can access the folders and files within. How can I get back in?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
